Roy Hill Rail Earth Works
Client: NRW Holdings Limited

The $620m project comprises of building the embankments for a 344 kilometre single line, heavy haul railway that will be constructed to transport the processed iron ore from the Roy Hill Mine, to a dedicated port stockyard facility located to the south of Port Hedland. The independently owned and operated Roy Hill railway will operate five ore trains per day, each consisting of three locomotives hauling 232 ore cars with a total payload of 31,450 tonnes of ore. blueVisions' scope of work comprised of building the tender program, setting up the project controls (methodology, reports, systems), tracking productivity and progress, reporting both internally and to the client, forecasting the accommodation and flights requirements, assisting with corrective actions and extensions of time. blueVisions was also responsible for undertaking design review and attending site for site inspections.

Karara Iron Ore Project
Client: Gindalbie Metals

Project Description
The Karara Iron Ore Project (KIOP) is Gindalbie Metals' cornerstone project, valued at A$1.8bn to develop the mine and processing plant facilities, including all related infrastructure such as accommodation camps, airstrip, power, water, rail and port facilities.

AutoHaul Project
Client: Rio Tinto-Ansaldo Frame Work Agreement (RAFA)

This is a novel project with estimation cost of project is about 600M. The aim of this project is to implement Driverless rail technology on Rio's 1500 KM complex and conventional rail network connecting Rio mines to ports. The project started in the beginning of 2012 and expected to finish by mid-2015. Till date driverless technology has not been implemented on such a large scale anywhere in the world making it a benchmark project. The project has successfully achieved all the major milestones keeping it on track to deliver the driverless rail system on time.

RPG5 Accomodation Vilages
Client: BHP Billiton, Georgiou, RGP5

Two separate accommodation villages, of 300 and 600 person capacity, were constructed for the builders of the RGP5 iron ore rail link expansion. The villages are equidistant to Port Headland and Mt Newman and involved the construction of accommodation units, sporting, laundry and kitchen facilities, and the site preparations for pathways, electricity, sewerage and plumbing. blueVisions' responsibility included undertaking the design review and attending site inspections.

Gorgon Project
Client: Chevron Australia

The Gorgon Project is developing the Gorgon and Jansz-Io gas fields, located within the Greater Gorgon area, between 130 and 220 kilometres off the northwest coast of Western Australia. It includes the construction of a 15.6 million tonne per annum (MTPA) liquefied natural gas (LNG) plant on Barrow Island and a domestic gas plant with the capacity to supply 300 terajoules of gas per day to Western Australia. The Gorgon joint venture is investing approximately $2 billion in the design and construction of the world's largest commercial-scale CO2 injection facility to reduce the project's overall greenhouse gas emissions by between 3.4 and 4.1 million tonnes per year. The Australian Government has committed $60 million to the Gorgon Carbon Dioxide Injection Project as part of the Low Emissions Technology Demonstration Fund.
