Adel Khreich

Adel founded blueVisions more than 14 years ago and founded the Australian based Institute of Management more than 8 years ago with a vision to work with a trusted, senior team to deliver exceptional results for every client. Today that vision underpins the company's exceptional performance for an elite client list.
Adel is a recognised expert Facilitator, Trainer, Management Consultant and in Contracts & Project Management including Dispute Resolution. Adel has worked extensively with both the public and private sectors since 1985 (30 years ago) on investments worth up to $3 billion individually.

Michael Chachaty - Director

Michael Chachaty

Michael has provided project management consulting and training services for over 15 years across a range of sectors including Transport, Energy, Water, ICT, Business and FMCG. He is a registered consultant and qualified facilitator who has assisted clients in developing tailored solutions to meet strategic and organisational needs at a portfolio, program and project level. Michael's expertise includes facilitating maturity assessments, establishing project offices, defining project frameworks and up-skilling project and program managers through training and coaching.

Mark Eid - Senior Project Manager

Mark Eid

Mark is a qualified Civil Engineer with over 30 years experience gained both in Australia and overseas (United Arab Emirates) in management, project management and consulting roles, including organisational capability improvement initiatives, P3M3 assessments, civil and structural design and training services. He has a strong track record across all phases of the project life cycle from design development to procurement management, to delivery and handover of the project. Mark has significant experience on projects ranging in size from; multi-million dollar hospital, maritime facilities, schools, car parks, residential, commercial & retails buildings, high rise hotels, road, rail and telecommunications infrastructures, and building refurbishments. He has strong technical skills in contract management, contract administration, time and budget control, risk management, Value Engineering, safety and quality control. He has also acted as an Expert Witness in construction disputes. In addition, Mark uses his extensive knowledge and skills gained from practical on-the-job experience of high profile projects to train and asses accredited and non-accredited Project Management courses. As Regional Manager, Mark headed the start-up of the Company's Abu Dhabi and Dubai offices.

Lou Marks - Head of School of Project Management

Lou Marks

Lou has over 26 years senior program and project management execution experience across various sectors. He is a qualified trainer and assessor who has designed training courses and delivered formal and non-formal qualification courses and workshops. His experience in training includes Boeing as a senior program manager in the Project Management Function (PMO) delivering project management courses related to internal project management best practices, risk management, and earned value.

Jine Philibossian - Head of School of Human Resources Management

Jine PhilibossianJine is a passionate trainer who thoroughly enjoys interacting with clients and the thrill of building relationships and designing learning solutions. She is strongly committed to her own personal development and her enthusiasm for knowledge and continuous improvement infuses the delivery of each individual training experience with clients. Jine specialises in soft skills training, management and leadership, human resource management, supervisory and office administration skills.

Chris Blunt - RTO and Quality Manager

Chris Blunt

Chris has experience and skills in human resource management, quality management and process reengineering; this has included system design and development, auditing (internally and externally) and administration functions that ensure continuity of the established systems. He has over 10 years experience primarily working with the NGO and government sectors to improve their business capabilities. His experience has included a key advisor role for a major departmental restructure of an international transportation company as well as similar functions for smaller localised organisations.

Elliot Rossbach - Senior Consultant - Indonesia

Elliot Rossbach

Elliot has worked in Asia and the Middle East since 2008, bringing with him his expertise and formal education in management, cross-cultural communication, training, and linguistics. He has taken on leadership positions in the development of multi-million dollar partnerships between the US government and private sector in Indonesia, consulted on FMCG marketing strategies in Asia, created professional training programs in the renewable energy sector as well as language training courses for the government of Saudi Arabia.

Afifa Loutfie - Senior Consultant - Indonesia

Afifa has over 9 years of experience as an English language trainer and English for Business Communications lecturer with versatile capabilities. Other than teaching a wide range of levels of English courses, she has also taught subjects that require students to sit an international English for Business examination held by the City & Guilds examination board based in the UK. She is a highly cooperative and dynamic person who enjoys working as part of a team.

Eric has over 25 years' experience in a variety of management roles in the UK and France, working within the automotive, legal, insurance and customer service sectors. Sales and project management are his particular strengths as he is a PRINCE2 Practitioner and has won awards in the UK for sales achievement and new business development. Eric has a strong customer-centric focus and enjoys building solid relationships with clients in order to assist them to achieve their business goals.

Vivian King

Vivian has over 15 years experience in the airline industry, from On-Board Management, Business Promotions and Corporate Communications to Coaching and Training.  She has held leadership roles in Real Estate, Event Management and within the Training field.  She is a customer centric, attention to detail driven professional with extensive experience in people development, customer relations and media related promotional roles.

Christopher Cason - Senior Consultant

Samah Odeh - Senior Consultant

Samah has 15 years of highly diversified experience. This includes Strategic Management, Performance Management, Projects Management, International Accreditation, Excellence & Institutional Effectiveness. Samah's experience is extended to different industry sectors including Education, Health, Tourism, and Construction & Infrastructure. She has previously worked with the United Nations Development Program (UNDP) as a Regional Engineering Coordinator with main responsibility for governmental institutions capacity building, people development and employment generation. On the academic side, Ms. Odeh was part of Faculty of Management in University of Wollongong in Dubai (UOWD) where she is also pursuing her PhD studies. Her research focus is on the role of business incubators in entrepreneurship development and building a sustainable economy. Ms. Odeh is an active member of the Jordanian Engineering Association and she is a member of Dubai Quality Group. She is World Bank Certified Trainer in Business Incubators' Management, CISCO certified trainer in "How to start your Business". In addition, she is a certified International EFQM Excellence Assessor with experience in writing and evaluating documents for Excellence Awards.

Jan is also involved with sales and marketing support and quality control of written communications.

Brad Kwik - RTO Administrator

Brad Kwik

Brad is the backbone of the RTO Administration and Coordination. His role is to ensure that everything to do with training is recorded, managed and stored in the appropriate systems for overall RTO compliance, as well as student support responding to questions relating to logging onto the student portal, uploading assessments and course details. All student material is confidentially stored and managed in accordance with RTO management systems.
